Founder of The Wandering Yogi
I’m Court, the heart behind The Wandering Yogi. I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade, blending alignment-based power yoga, mindfulness, and the art of exploration. My mission is simple: to help people get out of their own way—building strength in body and mind while finding freedom, confidence, and joy along the journey.
The Wandering Yogi was born from my love of movement, travel, and connection. It’s more than a yoga brand—it’s a community of seekers, adventurers, and dreamers who believe yoga doesn’t just happen on the mat. Through global retreats, teacher trainings, online classes, and embodied practices, The Wandering Yogi creates experiences that invite you to reconnect with yourself, discover new places, and explore life with an open heart.
